Description

A tasty appetizer of vegetables and melted original cheddar cheese in a crunchy wrap. These cheesy vegetable samosas are indeed the perfect addition to a delicious meal.
 

The Ingredients

    Steam potato cubes, but do not overcook.

    Cook for a further 3 minutes, then add potato and peas, shaking the pan gently to coat them in spices.

    Remove from heat and cool, and then add coriander and the chopped Kraft Cheddar Cheese while stirring.

    Roll out pastry on a floured surface.

    Place two teaspoons of the potato and cheese mixture in the centre of the pastry.

    Fold the pastry over the filling and make a triangle shape.

    Press the edges of the pastry with a fork to seal.

    Heat oil to 180°C and deep fry the samosas, a few at a time, until golden brown.
