  • 2 Onions (cut into slices)
  • 1/4 cup Olives (cut into slices)
  • 2 Large carrots (grated)
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grated Mozarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Kashkaval
  • 1 cup molten butter
  • Seasoning of choice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
Instructions
    Dough Production Method
  1. Step 1

    Place the flour in a deep bowl, then add it, salt and water. Place the dough on a marble surface, roll it into a cylindrical shape, then cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife, and leave it to rest for sixty minutes.

    Knead the ingredients well until a cohesive dough is formed.

    Mix until it turns into dough

    split the dough into 2 layers and flatten them

    Add Ghee to a pan

    Add the chopped chicken with the chopped onions

    Flip the mixture while adding seasoning of choice

  9. Step 4

    Add garlic powder and onion powder

  10. Step 5

    Fry for 5 minutes then place the mixture in between the dough layers.
