This healthy combo of fried beef, onions, zucchini and yoghurt never ceases to amaze the hearts of hungry (and thirsty) husbands coming home from work. Below lies a thorough guide on how to cook this infamous dish!
Empty the insides of the zucchini gently
Fry the beef and the chopped onions with a little oil while adding pine nuts and seasoning
Fill the hollow zucchini with the mixture of beef and onions
Fry the zucchini with a little oil and flip them until they turn red
Boil the zucchini for 10 minutes after water boils
Purify the zucchini from water
Mix corn flour with water and add them to the yoghurt
Place the mixture in a pot and whisk until it boils
Add the zucchini and boil for 5 minutes.
